January 2026 Hiring - Mechanical Fitter Opportunity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, timber, energy, or heavy industry preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment (preferred).

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and plant equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault finding, and problem-solving to minimize downtime.
• Execute project work, installations, and upgrades as directed by maintenance supervisors.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Carry out metal machining, fabrication, and welding tasks when required.
